Katie is finishing her 12th season as the Platinum Dance Team Coach. During her tenure, the team has won the Iowa State Dance & Drill Competition 7 times and advanced to semi-finals at the National Dance Team Championship in Orlando, FL 5 times. Katie has been dancing for more than twenty-five years, with an impressive career behind her. Participation in nine Grand National championship dances along with many soloist titles are just a few of Katie's many accomplishments.
Katie is a 2001 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in 2005 and her Masters Degree in 2011 from St. Ambrose University. While in college, Katie became a member of Kappa Delta Pi, an international honor society in education. She was also a three-year member of the St. Ambrose University dance team. Katie currently teaches 5th grade at Hopewell Elementary. She resides in Bettendorf with her husband Kevin and their daughters Kaitlyn & Kamdyn.
Brittany was a 6-year veteran head instructor and traveled the world leading and teaching camps for high school and college dance teams. Brittany was selected as a rehearsal coordinator and choreographer for Varsity Special Events in New York City and London and continues to judge Regional and National competitions, including the UDA National Dance Team Championships. Brittany has taught a variety of dance and gymnastics classes to kids of all ages across the Midwest for over 10 years, and has been featured as a master class instructor. Brittany has choreographed for numerous dance teams across the Midwest and her favorite styles of dance are jazz and pom!
Brittany currently resides in Davenport with her husband Cody and their son Colin. She has a Doctorate from Creighton University with her in Occupational Therapy. She is thrilled to become an official member of the PVP family and share her love and passion for all things dance!
